Click & Collect at Ace Fixings

We are excited to announce our new Click & Collect service at Ace Fixings. Now you can order your products online and pick them up at your convenience from our stores in Belfast or Ballymena. 

  • If you choose Belfast as your pick-up location, you can have your product ready on the next day by 1 PM. 
  • If you choose Ballymena as your pick-up location, you can have your product ready on the same day. (Please note orders after 4 pm can be collected the next day.)

Please note that you need to wait for a confirmation email from us before you head to the store. This email will let you know that your order is ready to collect and give you instructions on how to do so.

Click & Collect FAQs

Go ahead and browse the Ace Fixings website like you normally would. When you get to the checkout and enter your address, you'll see an option under Shipping Method to select Click & Collect, either in Belfast or Ballymena.

You can Click & Collect from our Belfast trade shop or our Ballymena trade shop.

  • Belfast Ace Fixings: 69 Sydenham Rd, Belfast BT3 9DJ (7.30am - 4.30pm)
  • Ballymena Ace Fixings: Woodside Rd Industrial Estate, Ballymena BT42 4QJ (8am - 5pm)

If you've chosen Belfast as your Click & Collect spot, you can pick up your items the next day, except on bank holidays and weekends. Orders made over the weekend will be available for collection on Tuesday.

For those who've chosen Ballymena as their Click & Collect location, you can collect your goods on the same day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. If you ordered over the weekend, your items will be ready for collection on Monday. In certain cases, your order may be available for collection the next day.

Once you've placed your order, please hold off on heading to the store for pick-up until you've received an email notification from us confirming that your order is ready to collect.

Once you've placed your order online, we'll keep you updated every step of the way via email, notifying you when your products are ready for collection.

Certainly! If you choose Ballymena, you can collect your goods on the same day. Alternatively, if you opt for Belfast, you can pick up your product the following day.

Yes, expect one item the Winchester Red Auto Cartridges (Medium/High) (Box 100). This item only can be purchased online or in-store.

For the security of both our customers and ourselves against fraud, kindly remember to bring along your “pick-up” confirmation email when picking up your order in-store. This is necessary to validate the order before releasing the goods.

Due to limited stock room space, we will hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days in-store. You will be notified when your order arrives in-store. If you cannot collect your order within the 14 days please notify us and we will agree to hold onto your purchase where necessary. If we hear nothing from the customer, after 14 days, uncollected Click & Collect orders will be refunded to the original payment card and the parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
