Shipping policy
Delivery Times
All orders received by 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched SAME DAY subject to stock availability.
We will endeavour to provide 2-3 working day delivery for ALL orders unless stated otherwise.
All orders received between 2pm Friday and 8am Monday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday.
Next Day Delivery - Please only choose this delivery option for orders placed between Monday 8am - Friday 1pm. As orders are not despatched at the weekend and therefore any orders received over the weekend or bank holiday cannot be processed until the next working day!
If there is any query regarding the despatch of your order we will notify you via e-mail and it is important that you respond to any questions we may have as failure to respond may delay the dispatch of your order.
Ace Fixings do not accept any liability based on these delivery dates, as they are only a guideline based on our level of service to date.
All customers should read the expected delivery times on the respective product page of our website. Please let us know within 3 working days if anything is missing, incorrect or damaged from your order. Orders not delivered must be reported to us within 2 weeks of receiving the dispatch confirmation email. Click & Collect
We are excited to announce our new Click & Collect service at Ace Fixings. Now you can order your products online and pick them up at your convenience from our stores in Belfast or Ballymena.
If you choose Belfast as your pick-up location, you can have your product ready on the next day by 1PM.
If you choose Ballymena as your pick-up location, you can have your product ready on the same day.
Please note that you need to wait for a confirmation email from us before you head to the store. This email will let you know that your order is ready to collect and give you instructions on how to do so.

Delivery Method
Courier Service
Our standard method of delivery is Courier, except for individual items weighing over 25kgs.
Pallet service
Any individual item weighing over 25kgs will be despatched via our Pallet Service. This will be an additional cost of £65.00 which will be automatically added to your order when checking out. Items such as Ladders, Generators, Van Vaults will be subject to Heavy Goods Charge.
We will contact you via e-mail after your order has been placed to ensure you have forklift facilities to offload the pallet and confirm your delivery date.
Dangerous Goods
Orders that contain dangerous goods ie Fuel Cells or Gunpowder Cartridges that are being shipped to UK Mainland or Islands will be subject to a £29.50 carriage charge. * Subject to change at anytime depending on shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE - Offshore and International orders are subject to surcharges. You should contact the office with product & address details and we can assess if we can ship to your area.
