Ace Fixings - Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Ace Fixings Facebook competition ("Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This Competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of Ace Fixings, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Competition are excluded from entering.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, you must:

• Like the Ace Fixings Facebook page.
• Share the competition post.
• Tag three (3) electrical or plumbing contractors in the comments section of the competition post.

4. Competition Period

The Competition starts on the 16^th of May 2024 and closes on the 16th June 2024

5. Selection of Winner

The winner will be selected at random on the 17^th of June 2024 using a Facebook competition picker tool. The winner will be contacted via Facebook direct message.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner who will receive a prize of £300 worth of electrical or plumbing deals from Ace Fixings.

7. Prize Claim

The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Ace Fixings reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. General

Ace Fixings reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.

Ace Fixings reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected in connection with this Competition will be used in accordance with Ace Fixings' Privacy Policy which can be found on our website [https://acefixings.com/privacy-policy].

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
